At nutrivision I believe that it is better to envision a person as a whole and then prepare a wellness plan that will suit his individual needs, and that a simple meal plan is not the solution to lifelong changes. I believe in learning about your life beyond food,  because I know how closely linked life stressors such as lack of sleep, demanding jobs, and busy family life can impact food behaviors. I am committed to your journey and am here to support you in finding ways to make healthier choices even through challenging times.

While this will depend on your individual needs and goals, nutrition therapy is a process and it is important to be consistent in order to achieve your goals. I believe that weekly or bi-weekly sessions are important to sustain momentum, make changes, and continue to see results. Regular meetings tend to yield the best results because it is the accountability and support that are most helpful when it comes to making changes.

The counseling is designed to transform your relationship with food and , not make you feel starved or deprived. In addition to nutritious food and recipe suggestions, we teach you what foods to eat to ensure you feel satisfied while meeting your goals.
